Making bonds through language
In the past few years I've noticed something really interesting. English brings people together! How is this happening?! Well, English is spoken worldwide, so it's not that complicated.
Through the past years, people have tried to spread their knowledge, in a way they can reach the whole world. After the world's globalization that dream has come true. English is not the most spoken language, but it certainly is the most frequent language to communicate.
It allows people to interact with each other with no problems. Now they are able to spread whatever they want. Some clear examples of this are: books, videos, movies, technology or even a song! Think of your favorite song in English, now go to YouTube and look for it. If you scroll down the screen to read the comments you'd notice that some comments aren't in English. Do you see it? Music trespasses barriers, and it's mostly because of the language (not saying that the power of music isn't as strong enough as English's, but it happens sometimes). People from other cities or countries share the same music taste as you and they like it as much as you do. Isn't it pretty awesome?
